Skylark Therapy provides highly specialised and quality psychological therapy to people struggling with a variety of problems, including but not exclusively: eating disorders, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, bereavement, and post-natal issues. We are based in west London, although work predominantly online and therefore can work with people based both in the UK, or abroad. We provide evidence-based psychological treatments tailored to the individual or group's needs.

Skylark Therapy believes in the effectiveness of early intervention and prevention. Alongside private therapy services, we have also provided workshops and training to parents and schools and can advise and consult with families of those with mental health difficulty. We also provide supervision and training to other professionals and professional services.

Skylark Therapy was founded by Miranda Boal.  Miranda qualified as a psychologist in 2003 and has over 20 years' experience working for the NHS, primarily in Eating Disorder Services across the country.  Most recently she has been responsible for developing and leading a project providing an innovative new early intervention and treatment service in East London. Alongside her NHS work, Miranda has worked in the private sector for the past 10 years.
