We offer face-to-face, telephone and online sessions.  We tailor treatments to suit the individual and guide them towards achieving their goals and overcoming their difficulties. The primary models of therapy offered are Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT), Motivational Enhancement Therapy (MET), and Compassionate Focused Therapy (CFT).  


We offer group treatment and support services depending on demand and availability.  Group therapy uses Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) approaches and is typically offered to those with difficulties with emotional management and eating disorders.


We offer workshops to parents and teachers to enable them to recognise and identify mental health concerns and vulnerabilities, foster healthy mental health and body image and learn to manage the vulnerabilities of their children, particularly in the social media saturated twenty first century.  We also offer training to clinical training courses and other mental health professionals on the identification and treatment of eating disorders.


We offer supervision to all trainee and qualified psychologists using a variety of psychological models and approaches.  


We offer consultation to schools on the prevention and management of eating disorders and consultation to local authorities and commissioning boards on the development of Services for people with eating disorders.
